Questions

Before you begin

Do I need to know which treatment I need?

No. You don’t need to understand Naadi, Mudra, Sadhana or any of the terminology. Tell us what is happening and we will explain what form of support may be appropriate. That is what the consultation is for.

What happens in the first consultation?

We begin with a conversation about what you are experiencing, what has been happening in your life and what you would like support with. We look at the wider picture before deciding which method suits you.

How is this different from other wellness practitioners?

Our work began in India, through a teacher and a living lineage, and was learned through direct practice rather than books, online courses or modern interpretations. The aim is not to make you feel better for an hour, but to understand where imbalance may be present.

Is a Naadi session like a spa treatment?

No. It is a traditional healing practice requiring time, attention and preparation, and it is individual to the person.

How long is an Energy Lines Bodywork session?

Approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, to allow time to understand you, carry out the work and leave space afterwards for integration.

Can I work with you online?

Yes. Mudra Therapy, Prana Presence, breath and awareness practices, personal guidance and selected remote processes can be offered online. Online appointments are available internationally.

Where are in-person sessions?

In selected locations and during specific periods in Europe and India. Ask in your consultation request for current availability.

Is one session enough?

For some people, one session is enough to begin. For others, deeper or ongoing support is more appropriate, which is why private healing journeys exist.

Are the India retreats wellness holidays?

No. They are created in collaboration with Velayudhan Ji and offer time to learn and experience traditional practices where they are still practised.

Is ritual work offered as an experience?

No. Ritual practices are offered only for those specifically seeking this form of work, and a consultation is required before certain processes are undertaken.

Can I learn the practices myself?

Yes. Online learning and India retreats are available for those who want to understand the practices more deeply, including Panchashakti Vidya, a daily Sadhana programme.
